How it Works
Step 01
Check you have enough space
Before we book anything I will check with you that you have enough space at your setting to host us. We need access to an indoor space separate from where the children will be playing for the duration of my photoshoot. Your space must ...
- be at least 3 x 4 metres in size
- have access to power
Step 02
Recieve your free promo pack!
Once we have checked you have a suitable space we'll book your session!
To help inform parents of everything they need to know about the day you will receive a free promo pack containing posters that can be displayed at your setting and a letter that can be emailed to parents.
Nearer to the time, You will receive your consent forms that need to be filled out by every parent/carer that would like their child's photos taken.
Step 03
The Big Day!
On photo day we will arrive at our agreed time and set up. Set up will take about 30 -40 minutes.
After that the fun starts! We will ask staff members to start bringing children through to the studio in small groups with their friends. It's a great idea for children to come in with their key workers as they can often give us great tips to help the children relax such as a joke they find funny!
Step 04
After the Photoshoot
After your photoshoot we will carefully hand edit all of your lovely photos and upload them to secure, password protected online galleries for your parents to order from.
We will personally deliver ordering sheets to your nursery within two weeks of your photoshoot that explain to parents how to access their gallery and view their images
Galleries will be open for orders for two weeks before closing. Prints will be hand delivered to your nursery within two weeks of the gallery closing, beautifully packaged and ready to be sent home with parents.
For parents who just can't wait to have their photos ... We offer instant digital downloads that are available immediately after placing an order!

We offer competitive pricing and generous discounts as well as a 20% staff discount for your hard working team!
We like to offer parents complete freedom when it comes to their images which is why we offer whole order discounts instead of packages. This allows parents to order exactly what they want and still get money off!
With prints starting at £10 and discounts starting at £30, this is a great way for parents to save some extra cash!
